Product Description
ArChine Comptek EMG 39 is developed from an unique of PAG and POE, which together form an exceptional coolant and act to reduce deposit formation. It is long life lubricant formulated with rust and oxidation inhibitors.
ArChine Comptek EMG 39 offers excellent heat transfer properties, high flash point, low volatility, low evaporation and outstanding hydrolytic stability. It will not form varnish deposits like petroleum or PAO oils.
Features and Benefits
Wide temperature range
Cost effective: Extended oil change intervals
Eliminates deposit formation
High flash point mean reduced fire hazards
High viscosity index means less change over wide temperature range
Excellent oxidative and thermal stability
Low pour point
Low coefficient of traction
Good demulsability when compared to other polyglycol lubricants
Applications
ArChine Comptek EMG 39 can be recommended for use in oil-flooded rotary compressors operating at high air pressures and discharge temperatures--vane, lobe, and screw—that specify a polyglycol lubricant.
ArChine Comptek EMG 39 is NSF H-1 registered for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 Lubricants with incidental food contact.
